Celts Pub established in Inver Grove Heights in March 2004, and has been around for 18 years. They run bars in four other metro locations. Eddy’s opened its doors on July 11th, 2011. I first remember it when it operated as “Royal Star” a liquidated furniture showroom. That business outgrew the premises and the building was taken over by a variety of small start-ups. One of them was Pirate Pizza. Their sign was up for about a year and when they finally opened, lasted a week or two at most.

Eddy’s is quite popular and has developed a good cachet in the short time it has been operating since July last year. Normal beers are on draft and in bottles. There is a simple menu. Try the sweet potato fries. They’re surprisingly good
