This is a site for anyone in search of an interesting cultural experience. It is primarily about public places within a mile of the Mississippi River.  By public places, you should understand that this is about bars, taverns, eating establisments and bottle-shops along or near the river. Now I say a mile give or take a short stumble, but in general I’ve tried to include places which are accessible directly from the Great River Road. This is also about  things to do and places to see in St. Paul, Minnesota. There’s a chance you are going there for the first time (or here already) and would like to experience something different. Or, it could be you are a frequent visitor and are in a rut; always going to the same places. This site will help you discover a new experience.
